If you are a previous employee seeking information in regard to the W-2 tax form for 2022, please see below.

  • Log into your Paycom account and update your address including apartment number or unit number. 

  • You can opt-in for an electronic version through Paycom

    • Once in Paycom, go to 'Payroll' and then 'Year to end tax forms'​
